Select/Tourn. Team - Roster Cuts

BRAVO, I feel that when dealing with tourney teams. that making they kids work for a spot on the team keeps them sharp. They don't feel like they are getting a free ride. But, do you and your coaching staff have children on the team ? If so, do they have to try out? Is this much of a issue? What happens if one of the coaches kids doesn't score high enough on the evals? Do these kids get spots on the team automatically?
