This is a pre-game drill that really does more to make the other team sit up and take notice, but any advantage is a good advantage. The players simply hustle out to the outfield fence and space themselves so that they go from the left field foul line to the right field foul line. First boy throws to the next boy who uses quick feet and quickly throws to the next boy. Obviously you go all the way around, then reverse and go from right to left. If you want to make this impress the other team, your players have to be able to make good, quick throws, and use quick feet. Because all of the players are involved, it is a team unifying kind of drill. Done correctly, this is really quite impressive.
