What Do I Do?

Try a sideline fastbreak to reduce your teams turnovers. It works best when opponents run down the middle with their backs to your team, but is also excellent off your opponent missed free-throw or shot.
Keep the ball off the floor as much as possible and use passes.

Rebounder outlets the ball to a wing player on the side he rebounded it on.

The outlet receiver must receive the ball below free throw line extended.

The player at the point goes just over half way on the ball side to receive a pass.

The opposite wing player runs to your front court ball side free throw line extended to receive a pass from the middle player.

The non-rebounder should run the weakside lane down the other side of the court immediately on the rebound. He should arrive just in time to receive the pass off your front court wing to finish with a lay up.

The rebounder waits and is safety should you turn it over. If no shot has been taken players balance up. The rebounder trails as they balance up and cuts ballside through the front court f/t elbow looking for the ball to score (ie. secondary break).

If they don't score set up offense.

To reduce your t/o problem, have players keep the ball off the floor, spread the players so they are about 2 foot outside 3 point line. Also t/o's may be due to lack of player movement off the ball. Work on teaching your players to move. A good, simple motion offence is located at my web page.

Good Luck!
